Fergus started his legal career in Glasgow and worked for a variety of firms before co- founding Bell & Craig in 1991.
He deals in all areas of conveyancing: residential and commercial. He has a particular interest in sale and purchase of retail premises, off-licenses and businesses and Post Offices.
He also acts for Builders, Developers and Banks in major commercial transactions and has been involved in many Commercial Lease transactions and joint venture companies. He also steered the firm through its recent Investors In People accreditation.
He enjoys playing Tennis and supports the Scottish Rugby Team.
