Fergus started his legal career in Glasgow before co- founding Bell & Craig in 1991.
Fergus deals in all areas of conveyancing both Residential and Commercial. He has a particularly interest in sale, purchase and leasing of retail premises and also acts for a number of retail businesses in the area. He also acts for Builders, Developers in commercial transactions and has an interest in Company Law.
Fergus has recently acted in the sale of a local recycling company to a large American conglomerate. He has dealt with various transactions whereby sole traders and partnerships have become incorporated.
He was involved in a leading case in the Lands Tribunal of Scotland and has contributed to the Scots Law Times.
He also steered the firm through its Investors In People accreditation.
He enjoys playing Tennis and supports the Scottish Rugby Team.
