Richard was originally trained in Edinburgh and originally specialising in Litigation.
He is now head of Bell + Craig’s Court Department specialising in Family Law and Employment Law as well as carrying out Residential Conveyancing.
He also advises on Service Contracts and Compromise Agreeements. He is particularly interested in the environment and is a Trustee of the Royal Scottish Forestry Society.
He sits as a Director in a local voluntary organisation and is a part-time Tutor in Conveyancing at the Stirling University Law Faculty.
He enjoys golf and hillwalking.
